When Bob and Jacyn Gallagher dreamed up their perfect vintage trailer, they knew exactly who to call: Brian’s Vintage Trailers. Trusting his skill and creativity, they set out to bring a truly one-of-a-kind vision to life — a custom-built, two-story Starkraft trailer!
Jacyn sketched the basic design herself, envisioning not just the shape of the trailer, but even creating the pattern for the custom curtain fabric. Every inch of the trailer was thoughtfully planned to give it that authentic vintage feel. To pull it off, Brian sourced and incorporated vintage parts from other trailers, adding layers of character and nostalgia.
The design was inspired by the rare Duplex trailers of the 1950s, a nod to mid-century ingenuity that you just don’t see every day. The ground-up build wasn’t quick — it took Brian nine months of hard work and craftsmanship to complete this masterpiece. But the results are well worth it.
Inside, a set of stairs leads you to the upper level where a cozy bedroom awaits, complete with a queen-sized bed and stunning views from the top. Talk about traveling in style!
Their incredible trailer was featured on the cover of Vintage Camper Trailers Magazine (Issue #21) back in September of 2015 — a well-deserved spotlight! Even more impressive, Bob and Jacyn are still out camping and making memories with their two-story Starkraft in 2025.
