The 57 Chevy has been a part of Hot Rod’s life for as long as he can remember. This Chevy is the vehicle he used while learning to drive! Thirty years ago, Hot Rod’s dad did the initial restoration to the Chevy. Recently, Hotrod was able to get the truck back on the road.
Hotrod owns a traditional barber shop called Hot Rod’s Chop Shop in Sacramento, CA and Rosy is a stylist at a beauty salon. These two creative people have decorated their 1959 Corvette trailer back to its original beauty with a few added extras to show off their personalities and make the trailer their own.
Strong believers in community, Hotrod and Rosy are always some of the first to help when there is a need. Each year, Rosy, with help from friends, collects hygiene items, warm hats and gloves and distributes them to teens who find themselves without a home. Last year she reached out to 100 teens!
Always a fan favorite, Remmi, a duck hunting Yellow Lab, loves to join the family on their camping adventures. She often makes herself at home in the 17ft camper and wiggles her way onto the bed to sleep!
