Affectionately known as “Whiskeze,” this professionally renovated 1961 Traveleze is a complete rebuild and thoughtful redesign by architects Chang+Snyder of Oakland, California. What began as a classic vintage trailer has been transformed into a bright, open, and inviting modern retreat—while still honoring its roots.

The most striking feature of this renovation is the opening side wall that converts into a deck, creating true indoor/outdoor living. Equally impressive is the addition of a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a rare and highly sought-after upgrade in a vintage trailer of this size.
Whiskeze is well equipped for comfortable travel and off-grid adventures, featuring 320 watts of solar power with an inverter and converter, an in-line hot water heater, and a TV with a WiFi booster. The interior is finished with residential-grade appliances, quality sinks, Kohler faucets and shower fixtures, and a custom kitchen counter crafted from reclaimed barn siding by Wellborne and Wright. Thoughtful lighting details include LED strip lighting and recessed fixtures, all energy-efficient and dimmable by remote control.

Sleeping accommodations are flexible and comfortable, with room for two adults on the bed that converts from the forward lounge and one child on the convertible side lounge.
Built to travel, Whiskeze has already logged miles across Colorado, the Mojave Desert, the Sierra Nevadas, the Fall River, and Pacific Coast beaches. The build is exceptionally solid, designed for both style and durability.
This shiny, show-stopping camper tends to draw a crowd wherever it goes. Tours may become part of the owners experience.
