By subscribing to Vintage Camper Trailers Magazine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth subscription experience.
Subscription Start Date & Schedule
Our magazine is published bi-monthly (six times per year). Your subscription will begin with the next available issue based on the date you subscribe:

To receive the next issue, subscribe before the 20th of the month prior to the publishing month. Subscriptions after the 20th will begin with the following issue.
Digital Access
All subscribers receive immediate digital access to the current issue. Your digital copy will also be available in your account dashboard on the first day of the publishing month (e.g., March/April issue appears March 1st).

Print Delivery & Timing
We appreciate the support of our subscribers and strive to ensure timely delivery. However, please note:
- Vintage Camper Trailers Magazine is mailed as a Periodical Class item, which is different from First Class Mail.
- Print magazines are mailed during the first week of the publishing month.
- Delivery may take up to three weeks depending on your location.
- For example: the March/April issue is mailed the first week of March, and we do not replace missing copies until April 1st.
Missing Issues & Replacements
- Log in to your dashboard and use the “Missed Issue” feature to request a replacement.
- If you don’t have a dashboard account, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
- You can find your “Last Issue” number on the mailing indicia (above your name on the label) to track your subscription status.
Subscription Management
- If your mailing label includes an Account ID (e.g., #72221000), your account is accessible through your dashboard.
- Log in here to manage your subscription:

Recurring Subscriptions (Automatic Renewal)
- If you subscribed through PayPal with recurring payments, your subscription will automatically renew each year, so you never miss an issue. (These are grandfathered subscriptions that we no longer offer.)
- We do not have access to your PayPal account and cannot cancel recurring payments for you. To cancel, log in to your PayPal account and adjust your settings.
- If your mailing label says “Recurring,” your payments are managed by PayPal.
Automatic Renewal Terms:
- Your card will be charged at the current subscription rate until you cancel.
- We’ll email a reminder before your renewal.
- You can cancel at any time by logging into your account dashboard.
- Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Renewals Paid by Check or Cash
If you paid by check or cash, your subscription will not automatically renew. You will need to renew manually each year. If we have your current email address, we will send you a reminder.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made before your renewal is processed to avoid a $5 administration fee. (This covers non-refundable transaction fees.)
- If your subscription has renewed within the past two weeks and we have not yet submitted it for mailing, you may request a refund by emailing us. Allow one week for processing.
- All merchandise sales are final.
- Any returned check fees or disputed credit card charges will be passed on to the customer plus an additional $5 administration fee.
Important: Please contact us directly before disputing any charges so we can resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.
