It all started with my love for the outdoors. Over the past year, I’ve spent nearly every weekend exploring the mountains of Virginia—hiking, breathing in the fresh air, and soaking up the beauty of nature. I’d always dreamed of having a camper, and in August of 2017, that dream finally came true.

My brother found the most adorable vintage 1966 DeCamp “breadbox” trailer for sale. It clearly needed some TLC, but we were ready for the challenge. After several months of long hours and dedicated work, this little beauty was fully restored—51 years after it first hit the road.

I’ve poured my heart into this camper, lovingly named Bunny Box, and I’m thrilled to give it a second life filled with new adventures and happy memories. Now, I’m sharing it with others to enjoy through Airbnb in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

My favorite local spot? First Landing State Park—the perfect blend of trails, towering trees, and the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay.
