Rich and Debbie Hershey, owners of The Body Shop in Hollister, CA, have a taste for vintage style that’s just as sweet as their name suggests. Their 1955 Roadliner trailer, paired with a beautifully restored 1957 Ford Country Sedan Wagon, turns heads wherever it goes.
They’ve owned the Roadliner for nearly a decade and enjoy taking it out a few times a year. When I caught up with them, Debbie was baking fresh peach cobbler right in the trailer—a fitting example of their warm, welcoming camping style.
The couple handled the restoration themselves, with Debbie even sewing custom curtains to match their classic Ford. It’s clear that every detail, from car to camper, is a labor of love.
