Whether you roll in with a 1950s canned ham, a slick retro reissue, a teardrop, a hot rod, or even a cozy tent setup—everyone is welcome at this inclusive and legendary weekend.
This year’s theme is “Trailers of Mystery”, and we’re diving deep into the tall tales and campfire stories that stir our imagination. From sightings of Bigfoot, to the mighty adventures of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox, and even a hunt for the elusive jackalope, this rally is going to be packed with wild tales, new friends, and woodsy wonder.

Whether you’re a rally regular or a first-timer, Trailerfest South Lake Tahoe delivers all the classic vintage trailer vibes—with a twist of folklore and fun!
👣 THURSDAY – The Mystery Begins
- 7:30 AM – Coffee Klatch: Swing by the host area to grab a cup and meet your fellow campers.
- 6:00 PM – Scooby-Doo Poolside Appetizer Potluck: It’s time to channel your inner Shaggy, Daphne, or villain-of-the-week. Dress up as your favorite Scooby Doo character (or rock your best late-60s look) and bring an era-inspired appetizer. Yes, deviled eggs count!
- Movie Night under the stars to kick off the rally weekend.
💃 FRIDAY – Sing, Dance, Repeat
- 7:30 AM – Coffee Klatch (because trailer friends and fresh coffee go together).
- 7:00 PM – Karaoke & Line Dancing: Warm up your vocal cords and boot-scootin’ moves—this night is all about letting loose.
- Another Movie Night for those who prefer popcorn over pop songs.
🚗 SATURDAY – Big Day, Big Fun
- 7:30–9:00 AM – Pancake & Sausage Breakfast: Because adventures are better on a full stomach.
- 10:00 AM–2:00 PM – Open House, Yard Sale & Classic Car Cruise-In: Invite your friends and family! This free event is open to the public—guests can park offsite and stroll the campground to meet trailer owners and see a dazzling display of trailers and classic cars.
- 7:00–9:00 PM – Live Music & ’80s Night: Don your best ’80s gear (neon, scrunchies, and shoulder pads welcome) and dance the night away to live music.

From impromptu games to group crafts and curated legends-themed activities, there’s always something happening. We’ll be organizing scavenger hunts and welcome YOUR help in making the weekend unforgettable—bring your creativity, props, or storytelling skills!
