Chassis Upgrades

The trailer features new double axles, electric brakes, and springs that raise it by 6 inches for safer towing across uneven terrain. It includes four 2022-purchased tires with a spare in good condition, a 4×4 bumper with sewer hose and spare tire, renewed directional signals, LED bulbs, and a new electric tongue jack with a manual.

Exterior Features

Externally, the trailer boasts molded fiberglass on the front, roof, and back (refurbished in 2018 with no leaks), new aluminum siding in the original pattern (professionally painted in 2019), and refurbished louvered/jalousie windows with new seals and screens. It includes access doors to trunk, refrigerator, electrical panel, water heater, and stove fan—all in good working order—plus a full-length roller awning, RV cover, and more.

Interior Highlights

Inside, upgrades feature a Dometic 3-way refrigerator, Sharp microwave, Dometic air conditioning, Fantastic vent fan, Girard on-demand water heater, and a Shurflo 12V water tank pump. The space includes vinyl flooring, a new black water holding tank, and various replaced ceiling and wall panels. It also has a full-size quality mattress with memory foam, a recliner chair, RCA TV with DVD player, and custom curtains throughout.

Original Interior Charm

Maintaining its vintage appeal, the trailer retains its original pink double sink, bathtub, and shower, along with gold fleck and white wall paneling in the bathroom. Features like a Wedgewood-Holly stove, propane furnace, vintage light fixtures, and “Click-Clack” dinette seats with storage preserve its classic charm. Abundant storage options include cabinets, drawers, and closets strategically placed throughout the interior. There are more photos and information in the ad.
