Description
Spring is always a welcome shift. The days get a little longer, the projects pick up speed, and those trailers tucked away for winter start calling our names again. March and April feel like the unofficial kickoff to rally season, road trips, and fresh inspiration—and this issue leans right into that energy.
We’re excited to officially introduce our new Vehicle Classified Ads on the VCT website. This has been in the works for a while, and it’s designed specifically for our community—people who understand the value, craftsmanship, and stories behind vintage rigs. Through August, you can list an auto for free using code (In the Magazine). If you’ve been thinking about buying, selling, or simply testing the waters, now’s the time. It’s another way we’re working to make the magazine and website not just something you read—but something you actively use.
Our first-ever Vintage Trailers Cookbook is now available to order, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It’s packed with recipes inspired by life on the road—simple, satisfying, and made for small kitchens and big memories. We’ll personally sign your copy and tuck in a few extra goodies as a thank-you for being part of this community. It’s the perfect companion for camp season.
Subscribers are also starting to take advantage of our new Campground Partners Program, which offers savings of up to 20% on RV sites at participating parks nationwide. If you haven’t checked it out yet, be sure to scan the QR code in the magazine. Between fuel, food, and campsite fees, every little bit helps—and we’re happy to offer a benefit that puts real dollars back into your travel budget.
As always, this issue is filled with the kinds of stories that make this magazine what it is—trailers rescued, restored, reimagined, and most importantly, enjoyed. The craftsmanship is impressive, but it’s the people behind the projects that keep us inspired.
The season is changing. The road is waiting.
